Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is typically 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. For specific timeframes, please contact us on 01244 94 1205.

Is delivery really free?

Yes — free standard delivery is included on all UK mainland orders. For certain postcodes (BT, DD, AB, IV, KW, TR, TQ, CO, NP, SA, CF, LL), an additional surcharge of £60 may apply. We will notify you after your order is processed.

How will my bed be delivered?

Your bed will be delivered by a trusted third-party courier to your ground floor. The courier will contact you to confirm the delivery date and will call approximately 1 hour before arrival. Please ensure someone is home to receive the delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details from the courier. For updates, contact us on 01244 94 1205.

What sizes are available?

We offer Single, Small Double, Double, King, and Super King sizes. See our Size Guide for dimensions.

Can I choose my own fabric colour?

Yes — most beds are available in a wide range of fabric colours. You can request a free fabric sample before ordering. Contact us for more details.

Do you offer bespoke/custom sizes?

Yes, we specialise in bespoke beds. Please note that custom/bespoke orders are non-returnable. We recommend measuring your space carefully before ordering. See our Size Guide for tips.

What is the difference between Ottoman and Divan storage?

Ottoman beds have gas-lift mechanisms (end-lift, front-lift, or side-lift) that lift the entire mattress base for large under-bed storage. Divan beds have drawer storage on the sides. Ottomans generally offer more storage capacity.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for standard items (unused, in original packaging). Bespoke/custom-size orders are non-returnable. See our full Returns Policy.

How do I cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible on 01244 94 1205. If the order has already been dispatched, a return fee may apply. If you arrange your own return, no return fee is charged.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our checkout uses 256-bit SSL encryption powered by Shopify. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.
